1. Acceptance of Terms

ServiceScore ("we," "us," or "our") provides a verified review platform for home service businesses. By accessing or using our services at getservicescore.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ServiceScore provides tools that allow home service businesses to collect verified reviews from their customers. Reviews are tied to completed jobs and verified through our invitation-only system. We do not publish unsolicited or anonymous reviews.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit false or misleading information, attempt to manipulate or game the review system, use automated tools to send invites without our approval, resell or sublicense access to our platform, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

5. SMS Communications and A2P Compliance

By providing a phone number and enrolling in our SMS invite system, you consent to receive text messages from ServiceScore on behalf of your business. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. We comply with all applicable TCPA and A2P 10DLC regulations. Standard message frequency varies based on your campaign settings.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ServiceScore are owned by Activecode Sverige AB and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and reviews collected through our platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Activecode Sverige AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
