We use your information to: provide and improve our services, send review invitations to your customers on your behalf, process payments, send service updates and support communications, and comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS and Text Messaging

When you use our SMS invite features, your customers' phone numbers are used solely to send review invitations on your behalf. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: service providers who help operate our platform (Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Resend), and when required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Customer data uploaded for campaigns is retained for 24 months or until you request deletion.

7. Your Rights
